Bill McClain, aka Phone Bill, began his career in networking over 34 years ago. Since then, Bill has created and grown two successful IT based businesses, Networking Solutions and StratusDial.

Aside from his professional achievements, Bill is known for his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to build strong, long-lasting connections. His genuine passion for empowering and supporting businesses has made him a sought-after mentor and coach within his organization and the industry.

Bill lives in Virginia with his wife and three children.

Steve Alexander, president of MSP-Ignite, has been involved with providing IT services since 1987. His focus on recurring revenue models has helped him sell both of his MSPs and has had him involved in several dozen mergers and acquisitions. Steve has served on the advisory boards of local nonprofits as well as national business advisory groups. His focus and experience in building business equity through strong internal systems and a focus on predictable recurring revenue is an asset to anyone in the IT industry. His desire to continually give back to others is the driving force behind MSP-Ignite Peer Groups.

Stanley Louissaint is president of Fluid Designs Inc., a full service IT services provider in Watchung, New Jersey. Fluid, which Stanley founded in 2001, focuses on the computer, networking and application needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Offering services that include computer/network consulting, planning, design, procurement, implementation, maintenance, management, litigation support and e-discovery services, Fluid is a one-stop shop. Under his leadership Fluid Designs has grown from serving a handful of small businesses into a premier IT services company in the New Jersey region.

Stanley also has a deep passion for educating business owners through speaking engagements. He is an award-winning, international speaker and enjoys bringing meaningful content around business and technology.

Jeff has been part of the the telecommunications landscape since building his first IVR system in 1989. He brings his deep knowledge of marketing, sales, and engineering to the CVA

As Sandy Beaches' founder and president, he's committed to the company's mission to help competitive communications companies grow and remain profitable by consistently ensuring invoice taxation compliance and providing the tools needed for superior customer service. Under his direction, SBS made the INC. 500 list in 2003, the OKC Metro 50 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in 2002 and 2003. He was also a finalist for “Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs” in 2010. Jeff proudly served in the USAF and holds a B.B.A. in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma.
